How to redeem your reward points at the checkout
Note
- To check your reward points balance, please click here. You will be required to login into your account to view your reward points balance.
- You will only have reward points if you have earned them in prior orders that have been completed via a registered account (not guest checkout). If you do not have an account, you will not be able to earn any rewards points. Please note: Reward points depend on each product. Not all the products have reward points.
- If you have purchased from our store before, but used guest checkout, you wont be able to redeem the points.
1.Entering your reward points - Checkout Step 5: Payment Method
- After you have completed your shopping process to the checkout page, login to your account in step 1 and proceed through the checkout until you arrive at step 5 (payment method).
- Under the comment boxs box there is three options available for you to select, if you don't have any points the reward points option will not be present. Your current points balance is shown in bracket next to the 'use rewards points' tab.
- Select the 'use reward points' tab and an input box will show up, in brackets would be the maximum amount of points that you can use to complete your order.
- Enter the amount of reward points that you would like to redeem for this order, making sure it does not exceed your points balance or maximum amount of points allowed
- If you enter a value that is either greater then your account balance or the maximum permissible amount for the order, a red bar will pop up and inform you, which requires you to readjust the entered number
- Click on 'Apply Reward' button
2. Reward points applied - Checkout Step 5: Payment Methods
- If your points have been succefully applied, then a green notification bar will appear.
- You will now need to select the available payment options and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed to Step 6 of the checkout process
3. Check that rewards points have applied to order - Step 6: Confirm order
- The amount of reward points that you have entered in checkout step 6, should match the number in the bracket next to Reward Points (line below sub-total).
- The redeemed monetary value is then shown on the right hand side column which is subtracted from your total order value.
